This website is operated by BVI Luxury, which rents private villas in Tortola, British Virgin Islands: Villa MyALL Tortola and The M@M Cooper Bay Villas (Villa Mini Cooper, Villa Maxi Cooper and Villa M@M Cooper). We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Enquiries: when you use our enquiry form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, the villa, your dates, the number of guests and your message.
Newsletter: when you subscribe, we keep your email address, your first name if you give it, your language and the date and proof of your consent.
Bookings: when you book, we keep the details needed to manage your stay, such as guest names, contact details, arrival information, payments and the damage deposit.
We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information such as health data. We never receive your card details on this website.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
We use a small number of trusted service providers, who process data only on our instructions: Netlify (website hosting and enquiry forms), Brevo (newsletter and email sending, based in the European Union) and Infomaniak (our email mailbox, based in Switzerland). If you contact us on WhatsApp, Meta processes your messages under its own privacy policy.
If you book through a platform such as Vrbo, Airbnb, Expedia or a travel agency, that platform or agency also handles your data under its own privacy policy.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where this happens, they use recognised safeguards such as the European Commission standard contractual clauses.
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking: up to 3 years, so that we can follow up on your request.
Booking records: for as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes.
Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe. After that, we only keep your email address on a do-not-contact list so that you are not added again by mistake.
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or any other tracking technology, and it does not load third-party trackers. This is why you see no cookie banner.
Our pages contain links to other websites, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Vrbo and Google. When you follow these links, those websites apply their own cookie and privacy policies.
If we add visitor statistics in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required. You can also block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your personal data, to stop using it, or to receive a copy of it. You can withdraw your consent to the newsletter at any time. Write to info@bviluxury.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Our website is served over a secure connection (HTTPS), and access to our mailboxes and tools is protected. No system is completely secure, but we take care to protect your information.
